IKEA STOCKHOLM collection

There's not much to blog about at the moment! No new collections, no inspiring homes for sale and no creative DIY projects. But yesterday, IKEA added this photo to their pinterest, and I must say I was suprised. I've seen other products from their STOCKHOLM collection, but I must have missed this couch! It looks gorgeous!

A personal apartment

Almost all apartments in Sweden that are up for sale, are styled in exactly the same way. The same posters, the same Eames chairs and even the same soaps in the bathrooms. I think it's gorgeous, but sometimes I would prefer to see something else, something more personal. So when I saw this apartment I was so happy. Even if everything isn't exactly my taste, it's personal and it feels refreshing to see something new. I especially like the kitchen, and the portrait of the Swedish king in mosaic in the bathroom.

Furniture for my balcony

I've had exams and reports in school, so there has not been any time left for A faded palette. But today I had some free time, and I immediately read through all my favourite blogs.

Finally the weather has changed, and it has made me realize that I need to buy some furniture for my balcony. I don't have a lot of money, so I need to find something that is cheap, yet stylish and comfortable. I'm thinking maybe something like this. I would like a sofa, but they're too expensive. What do you think? Black or white? Plastic or wood? So many questions...
