Today Formex, the largest interior design fair for Nordic design, opens its doors in Stockholm. I wish I could be there, but I'm glad that Instagram lets me see everything that happens there. If you're curious, just search for #Formex in Instagram. I'm especially curious about Sarah Widman's collection Pure, for dbkd. It looks really promising, and I can't wait to see more!
Today when I visited one of my favourite blogs Méchant Design, I found some photos of this amazing apartment, belonging to fashion designer Naja Munthe. I love the black and white, and all the details, but I especially fell in love with the paintings in her bedroom! When I read the comment in the article in Mad & Bolig, where it was first published, I must say I was surprised. The only one who had commented, thought the home was boring, predictable and uninspiring. But that's what I like about design; everyone gets to have their own taste. What do you think about Naja Munthe's home?
I visited the Popup Art Shop in Malmö this weekend, and fell in love with this print by Lina Ekstrand. Lina Ekstrand is a talented illustrator, who has worked with clients throughout the world such as Elle magazine and IKEA. I just love the playfulness in the illustration, and wouldn't mind it hanging on my wall.
